This filter is easy to install and lasts for approximately a year depending on how much water and/or ice your family uses. The first one lasted a little longer than a year. The last one lasted approx 11 months. I attribute that to the many functions and guests that I had this year compared to the previous year.

Service & Delivery comments:

I expected to wait a couple of days for delivery but it was delivered the next day. Customer service representative was very nice and helpful.I didn't have model number but they looked it up from information that I gave.
