Replaced our fridge filter, and the speedy water flow was restored! Our old filter had been in there for 3 years - (they say change it every 6 months and I didn't believe them). Finally, I noticed that it took a couple minutes to fill a glass of water because the flow was so slow. So I broke down and ordered the expensive replacement filter...and voila! Water fills quickly now. My husband thinks it tastes better, too.

I am on a well. I use this in my refrigerator because even though the water tastes fine without replacing it every year, the ice gets this weird taste. I could tell immediately after installing a new filter that my ice tasted better. Sometimes I noticed little white flaky things in the bottom of a glass after the ice had melted and now I dont have that problem with the new filter.
I had questions about this item before purchase, called customer service, they were great. I ordered online, I got confirmation emails of my order being received, shipped, and delivered. I could not ask for a better experience with a company.
