Started giving our new puppy water from the filtered tap on the refrigerator and it has cleared up his infection that even the vet couldn't figure out. I did some research on line and the water was mentioned in several articles so I tried it for 6 months. Next time he was tested the problem was gone and I've recommended this to a neighbor who has had similar results with their puppy. And if the water helps the pets - what about us drinking from the regular tap? Now we only use the filtered water for our coffee, ice tea, etc. Just wish the filter would last longer - they aren't cheap!

The OEM filter does a great job of delivering clean water. The in-grille design make replacement a snap. However, it is pricey compared to other filters out there. There are 3rd parties that make cheaper compatible filters, but they get mixed reviews. IMO, stick to the original.
ABT is fantastic. Placed the order around lunch and they shipped the same day. The item was packed very well.

Easy to install. Works great. Only problem was air in the lines causing the water dispenser to continue dispensing after releasing the switch. This was easily cleared by running the dispenser for a while. (I filled a couple of pitchers with water....so after 1 gallon it cleared up.)[...]
