I use this for a massage room sound system. It is the perfect size and has great sound for this environment. It should come with an adapter cable for non ipod mp3's and I wish it could be fully controlled without needing the remote [ just another thing to misplace ] I haven't seen a better unit than this for the price

I like to listen to my music loud and this doesn't go REALLY loud, so that is an issue. Also, you cannot skip tracks on the CDs through the console face, you have to use the remote. I think this is a design flaw. Otherwise, very serviceable and the sound is pretty good. Important that it has an iPod dock.

sound with cd/ipod is great. tuner has poor fm reception and you cannot turn this unit off -- it will only go to a stand by mode and the blue light ring flashes like a strobe. i'm returning it for that reason. I woke up in the midddle of the night thinking aliens had landed in the room.
the store buyer didn't do their homework on this one!

We use in our apartment with the ipod quite a bit - works great for our needs - it's not a huge room, but we only have the volume up to about 1/3 of what it can do and it's loud enough. I would recommend this.

Very nice looking and sounding product. Great value for the money. Mids are a bit recessed, but overall good sound.
