This Maytag oven performs very well. It's baking performance outperforms ovens that cost far more. The only negative of this unit is that the controls are somewhat confusing. Timers are entered only in minutes, not seconds. And it's not intuitive which buttons to press in which order - and when the required buttons have been press. This may leave users baking things at room temperature - only to realize later that then never pressed the "Bake" button the final time.
