The online add stated that the dishwasher had more features than the one I received. My last dishwasher lasted a family of nine (yes 9) twenty three years without a service call.

We use our dishwasher just about every day, so I need one that works reliably. We had a washer like this one (an older but similar model) for about 10 years. This one is almost exactly the same. My only complaint is that the top loading rack does not have anything in the middle to hold up the bowls. Outside of that, no problems!
