Great trash compactor, I don't know why there is only two brands that make a 12 inch compactor. The Broan is almost half the price of the GE and it does a great job.
I wish the 1052(Stainless Steel) model would come with a foot pedal to open the door.

This product arrived well packed and in perfect condition. It was simple to plug it in and start using it. Saves time and eliminates all those extra trips to the garbage can! Easy to clean and maintain.

Good product overall. One negative thing; cheap looking plastic control pannel. They could have spent few more Dollars on it. The stainless finish is nice however.
