Comments about Motorola Motorola Universal Bluetooth Headset:

I am very picky about bluetooth headsets and have tried around 15 of them. Prior to this headset I was using a logitech mobile freedom and logitech mobile traveler which had great sound quality but both headsets had a design flaw where a 5 cent piece of rubber broke and rendered the units inoperable. I went through 5 logitech headsets before giving up and moving to the H700. My father is very hard of hearing and this is the H700 is one of the few headsets that he can actually hear me on when I am in the car or outside. Motorola has had the design right for a while but every motorola headset I have tried in the past had poor voice quality and low volume. This headset looks great, is very comfortable, has a great pairing feature which prevents accidental phone calls when the boom is closed and uses the same standard usb charge that their phones use so you only have to carry one charger around. Voice quality is significantly improved over anything else Motorola has made in the past. I have seen a lot of postings about making sure to get version B. Mine came as version B [...] so I dont know what to compare it to. There are some minor complains like some issues with pairing when I have to turn my phone on and off but could be the RAZRs fault.

Takes abuse well!!
By Lobster from Sacramento CA on 10/13/2006
Pros:
Clear Signal, Durable, Fast charge time, Good Sound, Good Volume Control, Lightweight, Ran it over with my car
Cons:
Battery dies at 1 hour
Best Uses:
Commuting, Home, Office, Travel

Comments about Motorola Motorola Universal Bluetooth Headset:

If you got time to constantly charge it, it is great. Invest in a car charger. I ran it over with my car by accident and it still works just as good as the day I got it.
