I have gone through three other Bluetooth earpieces and I have to say that this is my favorite of all! You just can't beat the size, the clarity or the ease of use. Clarity not only on my side, but also on the other. People tell me that it sounds like I'm on my handset. Would recommend to all.

Great device! Good clear sound and reception. The only problem I found was that it will not stay in my ear. I have changed the rubbers but it still won't. My husband has no problem with that perhaps because his ear is bigger, but it should come with an ear hook for people like me.

It really is small and I sometimes forget I have it on. This is my first bluetooth device so I have nothing to campare, but it seems to work quite well with my LGCU400. I'm surprised at how well people aparently can hear me since I have experimented with speaking softly and no one has yet to ask me to speak up.

Love the size and weight. Sound is very good compared with other bluetooth sets I've had. Only problem so far is that it falls out of my ear sometimes. Over all I am pleased with the product.

Love the small size and comfortable fit, however found that it won't stay in my right ear, but is snug in my left ear...go figure. When driving, others complain that they cannot hear me or that there is a lot of static (it may be the device is picking up car noise). I can hear others well, in fact too well. The lowest volume is too loud for my comfort.
I do like this ear piece due to size and comfort and it's a huge improvement from my old motorola. It's great looking too. But I HATE the on off switch. Pressing and holding the button for 7 seconds to get it to turn on is way too long and makes you think it's not working. I often think I have it on, when in fact it's still off (or vice versa). Needs a quick little switch for on off.
I find the charger works just fine and the earpiece holds the charge very well.
I would not recommend it until they address the issues I have...but once they do, it will be a big winner.

I've had this product for three weeks now and so far it has been good. It sounds great on both ends, is comfortable, and just does what it is supposed to.

has good sound and people tell me it sounds good on their end. Does get a little uncomfortable after wearing it a while, but it goes on in a second. Battery life is good, but when it beeps for low battery it is serious, you have only a minute or two on talk, but it dumps it back to the speaker phone without dumping the call
