This digital recorder beats the heck out of scribbling furiously while trying to listen to an interviewee. I can listen and transcribe - with 100% accuracy - at my own convenience.

I wish I'd bought one of these years ago!

I am still getting use to all the bells and whistles but it is pretty easy to use. I still need to do more reserach to use to use it to its full capability but so far it has been indispensible for my lecture class which is a tough science course. I need to hear every word and the playback is easy. I especially like that I can attach my ipod headphones for more privacy. I need to figure out how to fast forward without pushing it twice which causes it to advance to the next file. Ovarall great product.
