It's a Sony, so you know it's made well. Small but not too small. I love the option to manually adjust the record volume. This works well if you like to record music demos. This keeps the volume limiter off. But it has many auto - record levels to choose from as well as the quality of recording you want. The stereo microphone is really good. Comes with two recording, editing, and transcription software disks. Small case, ear buds, and a USB sync cable for PC and Mac OS X.
What else can I say......it has & does it all - well!!
I received the recorder in 2 days instead of 3 days. Everything was packaged neat with everything in plain sight. The box it was packaged in didn't even look like it had been shipped - it was spotless.

good battery life record and have name of song and artist, quick search for favorite songs, record from tv, pc, cd, and live recording. great bass complete software and controls allows for the sound to be true complete control over music files sound effents etc great things are in small packages.
