This is a quality made product that is very attractive, but only capable of carrying a slr with only the smallest of zoom lenses. I was particularly disappointed in the fact that my Alpha 700 wouldn't fit with its vertical back on. A major disappointment for me. The two pockets will only hold maybe a lens cap and memory media.I couldn't recommend this case for anyone with a decent sized camera and lens.

It's perfect for traveling because it fits your camera like a glove and has enough space for some longer lenses. Has enough pocket space for batteries, filters, and memerory cards. Well Padded.

if u own a A-100 ... i wouldn't recommend any other case for everyday use!
Although.. they could have added some extra pockets!! hehe

The Sony Carrying Case was a decent product. It would be a better product had it been larger and had the room to carry a flash for the camera

I was looking for a better deal to get a hard cover for my SONY DSLR. I shud say, this is really worht your penny if u r looking for a bag to buy. Really good inside well protects your camera, not much pockets still u can haves ur CF cards in. Bottom line : DONT HESITATE TO BUY ONE.

First of all I want to say that I did a lot of research before purchasing this bag. My major concern was if my Sony DSLR camera with lens would fit in this bag. After calling Sony and other retailers I couldn't get a straight answer to my simple question, therefore I decided to risk and get it [...] , when I finally received it I couldn't be happier! My camera body with lens and strap perfectly fit in this soft carrying case, on the sides there are two pockets for extra battery and memory cards. The bags' quality is excellent, can't even compare to the cheaply made Lowepro or other bags. It is not a bag for carrying all your equipment, but if you want to travel light this is the right bag for you. I would highly recommend this Sony LCS AMA/B carrying case to anyone who wants something durable and stylish!!!!!

It's perfect as a small, lightweight bag when you want something compact to take with you anywhere that you just need the camera and ONE attached lens. It has a small zipper pocket on each side to hold small, thin items like lens caps & memory cards, but no room for much else. You'll need the larger Sony bag when you need to carry camera, multiple lenses, flash attachment, and any other items.

I bought this to use as a fast, lightweight solution for giving my new Sony camera some fair protection when I wouldn't be bringing any other gadgets along. It serves its purpose! The pockets on the sides could be a little bigger. Don't plan on room for more than a couple of lens/body caps and a filter or two or an extra battery. Pockets won't hold an external flash.
One pocket will hold the battery charger alone but the other pocket is too small to hold the power cord for the charger! All in all though it does exactly what I bought it for. For more serious shooting and storage, I use a padded hardshell case.
