The batt. life is really short and once I lose signal its hard to regain it... But it is a good phone if you can keep signal and not lose battery power

Comments about AT&T LG AT&T Wireless Cellular Phone:

I bought this phone because of cingular video, and 3g access which it does have, but that is all it has. The phone does not have voice dialing, though I was told it did by the [...] rep who sold it to me. It does not support mms, you cannot record your own ringtone, it does not support Yahoo!GO and with no real video calling support yet, the reason I bought it has not even panned out. My old ericsson from 3 years ago had more features than this phone - I would definitely pass on this model.

I luv this phone. The only downfall is the battery life.It doesnt hold a charge very long.A cpoule of calls and you've lost a couple of bars.People complain about the chime it makes after you do do something on the phone, just put it on silent or vibrate and know one will here it.Had the RAZR, hated it.

I am not sure why everyone keeps saying long battery life. I had the battery replaced once already and no matter how little I use it the sucker still dies in a day. With two five minute phone calls and a text message I lose 50%. Not sure what thats about. But other than that.. the phone is great!

RAZR ain't got nothin on this...

Durable, Easy Buttons and Controls, Lightweight, Long Battery Life, Neat Features, Strong Signal
Best Uses:
Personal Phone

Comments about AT&T LG AT&T Wireless Cellular Phone:

I know that many people who are looking for phones are also looking for great features....a phone that has many uses to it. This is what you get with the LGCU500. For example, if you're thinking of getting an MP3 player in addition to a cellphone, you can save yourself a whole lot of money and just get this phone. Don't think the sound quality of music would be bad on a phone because this phone has an awesome 3D stereo sound to it. It's ultra sleek and stylish and not at all flimsy like the RAZR. For those of you who love taking pictures too, this phone is great for you. For a cellphone, the pictures have great quality and you can use them to transform the phone into one that totally reflects your personality. You can resize, crop, add color effects, or rotate the pics you take. One of my favorite features is the screen on the front outside screen. You can put a picture there and also access your music and camera without even opening the phone. This is an awesome phone!!!!!!!

So Far So Good
By J_dawg_NC from Cary, NC on 11/15/2006
Pros:
Durable, Lightweight, Long Battery Life, Neat Features
Best Uses:
Personal Phone

Comments about AT&T LG AT&T Wireless Cellular Phone:

Like I said, so far so good. Great features, nice, compact design (although the clamshell isn't quite as jazzy as the Samsung D807 slide design) impressive battery life, and speedy recharge rate.

Buttons are much better than the Razor. Good sized internal and external screens. Menus are intuitive and offers tons of add-ons.

I would have liked for it to have a bit more memory (64MB standard) since the mp3 abilities are hyped but if you're willing to drop another ~$50 on a micro-memory chip, you can add a full gig.

Has a surprisingly high quality external speaker for a phone. Swivel cam's a little gimmicky but if you like to take pictures of yourself, it's handy.

Oh, and it DOES HAVE A SPEAKERPHONE. I didn't see it at first but once you're on a call, the center button activates the speakerphone.

Overall a solid phone. Long term quality still to be determined....

LG -vs.- RAZOR
By JOHN-JOHN #4 from Chester, PA on 10/1/2006
Pros:
Durable, Easy Buttons and Controls, Lightweight, Long Battery Life, Neat Features, Strong Signal
Best Uses:
Cities, Personal Phone, Rural Areas, Travel, Work Phone

Comments about AT&T LG AT&T Wireless Cellular Phone:

Wonderful phone. the only reason that i did not rate it a perfect is because it lacks a special feature of Speakerphone wich is very useful for those without bluetooth but you can get a bluetooth with the phone.
