Water kettles are a handy appliance to have around the kitchen. They all do the same job, but what makes them different is how long they last, what they look like, and how quickly they heat water. A water gauge tends to be very practical when you are boiling a specific amount of water, or if you happen to require a larger quantity. Without a water gauge you may be unable to tell how much water is left, leaving you with less than desired or needed.
