- Application Developer
A minimum of three years of application development experience, Hands-on programming in full life-cycle projects with expertise in PHP development, Business Objects Enterprise Tools / Crystal Reports, relational database systems, along with familiarity with identifying/resolving issues related to interoperability between systems. Must be able to troubleshoot, have good communication skills and an ability to work in a fast paced environment. Salary is based upon experience.

- Appliance Service Technicians
Full time positions available to provide service and repair on residential appliances such as: refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers and dryers. Previous experience with similar service and repairs is preferred. Salary based on experience.

- Call Taker / Dispatcher
Full time position taking customer’s service calls, dispatching technicians and other customer service related duties. Entry-level customer service experience accepted. Salary based on experience.

- Appliance Parts Customer Service Person
We are looking for a hard working, detailed oriented, conscientious and self motivated individual to work full time in our Parts Department. We’d like this person to work from 8:30-5:00 or 12:00 – 9:00 and they will also be required to work one weekend day. Duties include but are not limited to: dealing with a high volume of phone calls, customer service, assisting technicians, ordering parts and other clerical duties. Some knowledge of appliances is helpful. Salary based on experience.

Summer Interships

- Application Development - IT (intern)
The intern will perform assigned duties under the direction of experienced personnel. The successful candidate will work in a learning environment and gain knowledge and experience that will augment their college education. The position is paid, hourly, full- time, 40 hours per week.

Minimum qualifications:
Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled at an accredited college or university. GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above. Pursuing bachelor’s degree in the primary functional area of the department. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to identify and solve problems. Strong computer proficiencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point, with the ability to efficiently learn new technologies. Experience with Web Development toolsets such as PHP, MySql, .Net, and Linux. Excellent customer service acumen. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Job summary:
Under the supervision of the IT development staff you will perform a variety of responsibilities that will include participation in coding and testing, software fixes as well as new features for the corporate web site and existing web-based business systems.

Educational requirement: pursuing a major in Computer Science with an emphasis on Software Development preferred.

- Web Design (intern)
The intern will perform assigned duties under the direction of experienced personnel. The successful candidate will work in a learning environment and gain knowledge and experience that will augment their college education. The position is paid, hourly, full- time, 40 hours per week.

Minimum qualifications:
" Junior or Senior standing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills
" The ability to think both creatively and strategically
" The ability to work on a team and independently
" Able to follow instructions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
" Well versed in HTML, CSS, Javascript and php
" Strong knowledge of Dreamweaver, PhotoShop and Illustrator

Job summary:
Under the supervision of the Art Department staff you will perform a variety of responsibilities that will include designing, developing and maintaining the overall graphic look and feel of the corporate website and online/offline marketing communications.

Educational requirement:
Pursuing a major in WebDesign/Development.
