2009 Dealerscope Hall Of Fame

Creativity. Perseverance. Innovative. Longevity. Supportive. Inspirational.
When those words are used to describe people and institutions that have helped shape the CE industry, you know it’s time for the annual Dealerscope Hall of Fame.

All of those words, and more, are apt adjectives for the four inductees to our 18th annual awards: Izzy Schwab, CEO of D&H Distributing; Ed Sachs, president of Pioneer Electronics Mobile Business Group; Abt Electronics and the Abt family; and Tom DeVesto, founder of Tivoli Audio.

Dealerscope editors and readers chose the inductees based on their lasting contributions to the consumer electronics industry and the various communities they serve. This year's inductees join a long list of luminaries who have helped to improve every aspect of their respective markets and, by doing so, enhanced the entire CE industry along the way.
