• Medical, Dental and Prescription coverage is provided through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois’ Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). Benefits for new, eligible employees begin the first of the month following 90-days of employment.
  
• Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to pay for certain Health and Dependent Care expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Insurance & Retirement

• Life insurance is provided by the Company for covered employees as part of our health benefit.  Optional supplmental life insurance is available for employee purchase, if desired.
