Are you a local Abt customer? On Abt.com there is a section just for you! At the bottom of the home page there is a link below the “Assistance Tab” labeled “Chicagoland Customers.” Once linked to the section, you will find general store information, shopping support, department information, specific store information, and post-sales support.

In the shopping support category, you can find answers to questions like, “How much will it cost to install my refrigerator?” You will find information on payment options, the price match policy, Abt’s computer services, and financing offers.

If you need directions, would like to know about in-store events, cooking classes, even appliance hook-up information, you can find it all on the Chicagoland Customers page on Abt.com.
