Epicurean Cutting Surfaces was born out of TrueRide Inc., a respected design and build contractor specializing in custom municipal skate parks. In an effort to reduce senseless waste from TrueRide’s excess material used in skate park construction, Epicurean Cutting Surfaces was founded and introduced a new line of professional-grade cutting surfaces for the residential kitchen.
