You can return an item within the first 30 days* from the shipping date. We'll
gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise-whichever
you prefer. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and
include packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
No Receipt. No Problem
Our computer system will keep a record of your purchases.
Return Shipping
If you decide that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it to Abt Electronics. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless
the product arrives damaged or defective. To get a return authorization number
click the login link below. We recommend that you use UPS Ground Service Insured.
If you have an overweight/oversized item that was shipped to you via a Freight/LTL
carrier, Abt will arrange for the carrier to pick the product up directly from
your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked
up.
* Please note
- 15 day limit on the return of camcorders, digital cameras, GPS navigation,
PDAs, portable DVD players, computers & accessories, sunglasses and watches.
- 10% restocking fee for all opened GPS navigation, laptop and desktop computers.
- Opened satellite boxes & systems (or activated cards) may not be returned.
Exchanges can be done through the manufacturer.
- No returns on opened computer software, video games, gaming systems or perishable
items including opened water filters.
- Free shipping (and reduced shipping) promos do not apply to return/exchange
shipping on freighted items.
- Restocking fees will be charged only if your order is not returned in its
original box, is missing packing material, manuals, any accessories or the UPC
bar code off the box.
Begin the Return or Exchange Process
To begin the return process, please log in to your account, and select Returns & Exchanges
Please initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise if it has been damaged
in transit or is defective. We will gladly send a replacement free of charge.
Once the product arrives at Abt, either a refund will be issued or we will exchange
your product and send a new one out to you. If you have received a defective unit,
some manufacturers may require one service call to diagnose the issue.
