One of our top priorities is to get your merchandise to you safely and cost effectively. Abt uses only the best carriers to deliver your merchandise. If you live within the Chicagoland area, your merchandise can be delivered by one of our own delivery and/or installation personnel. All Chicagoland area deliveries are provided free of charge.

Abt offers free shipping on thousands of items online.

Look for the "free shipping on this product" icon on qualifying items. Free Shipping applies to the product in question. Free shipping offer valid on standard shipping only to orders shipping within the continental United States (Excluding Orders to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico).


Look for the "free shipping when you spend $25" icon on qualifying items. The item in question is eligible for free shipping. Offer applies to orders of $25 or more based on cart subtotal. Free shipping offer valid on standard shipping only to orders shipping within the continental United States (Excluding Orders to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico) on orders over $25.

White Glove Delivery
This is a special service for large and overweight items. It includes normal delivery plus un-crating, setting your goods in place, and removing the packing material. This service does not include installation of any type. It normally takes between 3 and 7 business days for your item to reach you if you select this option. An extra charge will apply to this shipment option (typically $100). Your charges for this service are automatically calculated in the checkout process. Confirmation of your order and delivery will be sent via e-mail or a phone call. The white glove company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time. (You will experience delays in receiving your goods if the shipping company cannot contact you to set up a delivery time).

If you live within 100 miles of our retail location (Glenview, IL), Abt's own delivery crew will provide delivery into your home and unpack your product (as well as remove the packing materials). Installlation services are also available.

$78 Shipping (or less)
Abt offers $78 shipping (or less) per item on all major appliances. Installation is not included. $78 shipping (or less) offer valid on orders shipping within the continental United States (Excluding Orders to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico). Additional charges will be added for freight services if you live on an island with no access via bridges, If you live near or in the upper peninsula of Michigan (anywhere north of Green Bay, WI, Grand Rapids, MI or Detroit, MI) .

Chicagoland Delivery
Abt offers free local delivery within a 100 mile radius of our Glenview store. Delivery is made by Abt’s own delivery teams and/or installation personnel. Installation services are also available.
