How To Order

At Abt, we have made shopping and ordering online easy and convenient.

Adding an Item to Your Shopping Cart

Once you have found an item that interests you, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Once an item is added to your shopping cart you will be asked to enter your delivery zip code to see if there are any parts and services or accessories available. If the product you selected has additional parts and services or accessories for your delivery area, you will be redirected to the Product Options page where you can select installation, warranty and accessories if they are available. If there are no additional parts and services or accessories for the selected item, you will be taken straight to the shopping cart. From the shopping cart you can either Continue Shopping or Begin Checkout.

Delivery Zip Code
Your Delivery Zip Code is required to check for an items available parts and services or accessories and to calculate taxes and shipping. To change your delivery zip code click the "Not Your Ship To Zip" link located at the top of the shopping cart and enter a new ship to zip and click "Save", your cart will automically be updated.

Changing Item Quantities
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Quantity" box. Be sure to click the "Update" link located under the quantity input box to apply any changes.

Deleting an Item
To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply click the "Remove" link located under the quantity input box or set the items quatity to zero and click "Update" for the changes to take effect.

Shipping and Taxes
Shipping and taxes are based off your delivery zip code. If items in your order are being shipped, the available shipping methods and charges will be listed in the shopping cart/shipping information page. No sales tax on orders shipped outside IL, IN, MI and WI.

In-Store Pickup
If your ship to zip code is within our local delivery area, in-store pickup will be an available option in the shipping method section of the shopping cart or an option on the shipping information page. Only items marked in-stock are eligible for in-store pickup. Orders will be ready for pickup 1 hour after being placed. An alternate pickup person can be specified on the shipping information page by providing the designated individuals first name, last name and email address. Only the purchaser/designated pickup person can pick up the order. Required information for pickup is the e-mail confirmation and a valid photo ID.

Checkout Steps

When you begin checkout, you will be asked to sign-in or continue checkout. If you are a reutrning customer enter your email address and password and click sign in. If your new to Abt, you don't need to have an account to check out - just click "Continue Checkout" button. An account will be created once your order is complete.

Step 1: Shipping
Enter all required information in the spaces provided. Local customers will have the option to select in-store pickup as an option. A list of available shipping methodes will be listed along with there estimated delivery date and cost. Returning customer will have the option to select an address from their address book. Only addresses from the ship to zip code will be populated as a selectable address. To change your ship to zip code you will need to return to the cart and update your delivery zip code.

Step 2: Payment
Enter all required information in the spaces provided. Returning customer will have the option to select an address from their address book. Acceptable payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover,American Express, Abt Gift Card, BillMeLater, PayPal and Abt Financing.

Step 3: Review + Submit Order
On the Review and Submit Order page, check the accuracy of the shipping, pickup and payment information and click one of the "Change" buttons if you need to make any edits. Then click Place Order to complete the checkout process and complete your order.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been placed, we will send an order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your products ship. Most, but not all orders, can be tracked during shipping.
