Return Steps

Step 1 - Obtain a Return Authorization Number

To begin the return process, please log in to your account.

Step 2 - Prepare Package

The item should be returned in the manufacturer's box with all accessories (i.e.: manual, remote, wires, etc.) along with a copy of the packing list. Please use the original shipping box. A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur damage or a restocking fee.

Step 3 - Attach Return Label

Remove old shipping labels or mark out the original tracking numbers. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend that you use UPS Ground Service Insured.

Step 4 - Ship It

To find the nearest UPS location, please call (800) PICK UPS or go to their website at http://www.ups.com/dropoff

How will I know if you've received my return?
If you used UPS you may trace your package online using tracking number or visiting www.ups.com. Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be issued within two business days.

If you have an overweight/oversized item that was shipped to you via a Freight/LTL carrier, Abt will arrange for the carrier to pick the product up directly from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.
