The Epicurean Carving Series is designed specifically for carving roasts and fowl. A unique rhombus studded surface holds the meat in place while you are cutting. The inner canal will contain much of the juice and an outer juice groove will prevent the rest from reaching your countertop. This surface is designed specifically to fit most dishwashers to make that big clean-up a little bit easier. The Carving Series is just the thing for slicing Thanksgiving turkey or a large holiday roast.
