It's a decent machine.

BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only complaint I have is the rumbling noise whenever the microwaves come on. If you have it at anything other than full power, the rumbling comes on with the power.

Pros:	Heats Evenly, Stable Tray, Powerful, Versatile, Attractive Design, Easy To Clean
Cons:	Noisy, It rumbles when the micro
Best Uses:	Snacks, Leftovers, Popcorn, Quick Meals, Frozen Food

Works Great.

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Replaced Panasonic so took alittle getting use to 1) the Reheat on GE vs. Sensor on Panasonic, 2) for specific timed cooking (ie 1 min, 30 sec) to hit the time cook button first, and 3) alittle noisier than Panasonic. However, the GE works great.

Pros:	Defrosting, Powerful, Easy To Clean, Simple Display, Versatile
Best Uses:	Frozen Food, Vegetables, Leftovers
Cons:	Noisy

Solid Performer

At 3 weeks, looks like a solid performer. The sagging door was really the only problem, but it was a small enough problem that pushing on the middle or higher up on the door produced good closure. Otherwise we like it just fine.
