Our ECS136 oven features a recessed Ceramic Glass Broiler boasting a powerful 3500-watt ribbon element, providing instant, intense heat and greater searing capabilities.

Temperature Probe
Keeping track of when your meat or casserole is ready to serve is easy with the Dacor Temperature Probe, which electronically tracks the progress and internal temperature of your food. There is even an automatic hold feature to maintain food at a safe temperature for up to two hours.
