We are extremely pleased with this product. It is MUCH lighter than the last Hoover steam cleaner we had, it is easy to use and does an excellent job cleaning the carpet. It also does a great job suctioning up the water from the carpet.

This machine was more effecient than I anticipated. It took me about 15 minutes to figure out how to get it up and going, and I can be intimidated by "electronics" easily, but this was simple. My filthy rug was cleaner than I had ever thought it could get on one cleaning (problem with those little Boston terriers who abused "potty time outdoors" over the long hard winter). Can't wait to do every room in the house. Much simpler than the rental machines out there. Definately got my money's worth with this product.

The model that I purchased was a Turbo model. It sold for [$]. I liked the sound of the reviews the best and have come to realize that the most expensive is not always the best. It cleaned pretty well, certainly better that the Eurika that I borrowed from my daughter. I did the great room, hall, and stairs. I plan to do the master bedroom next. The only areas thatcould have been a little better were some of the traffic areas. I doubt if a professional job would have been any better on those areas. [...] I thought it was going to take alot longer to clean the areas that I cleaned than it took.

I replaced my now defunct Bissel with this brand and model after researching cleaners on-line. This is a good product and does a very nice job. The only drawback so far is the fluids reservoir and collection canister are small and needs to be refilled and emptied frequently.[...]

This steam vac is well worth the money. Cleans great and the carpet drys fast. Only con is that the spray on the handheld unit doesn't spray straight in front of where you are cleaning. It sprays off to both sides. A slight issue.

Service and delivery comments:

Fast delivery. Small tears in the box but no damage inside the box other than broken styrofoam spacers.
