BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Despite MANY brews with vinegar/water, straight vinegar and straight water, the coffee has a distinct plastic taste and it is so bad that it cannot be consumed. The machine is useless.

Cons:	Plastic taste, Small Pot
Best Uses:	Unusable

This is perfect for small kitchens with limited countertop space. It hardly takes up any room and is so cute and sleek looking! It is very easy to clean and is perfect for just 2 mugs of coffee. I made a great purchase!
