Cons:	Softner Cup slips out

The machine works great! It replaces a machine that was twenty years old. We don't expect this one to outlast, but are hoping it will perform as well or better and so far it has. We are a family of three and do a dozen loads or more each week. The laundry is done quite well by this machine. It's large capacity is a real plus for us. The only problem thus far has been the softner cup slips out and I can't get at it to put it back. [...]

Product was well researched before purchase and is better than the Kenmore we owned. It is quieter than we expected and often we check to make sure it is running through the cycles.

Horrible Machine - Buyer Beware

This machine broke twice within the first year when it was under warranty and then broke five months after warrenty expired. Problems included not draining water, needing to be realigned, and lastly it needed a new motor which cost [$]....clearly not worth investing after having so many other problems. Don't regret your purchase...get a different machine!
