Good deal for the money

This machine has great capacity, with the silverware being loaded on the door instead of the lower rack in the center like our old one. On some cycles, it is louder, but overall, much quieter than our old one. There is a weird plasticy smell after we run it, and this is getting less with each use. My husband installed it himself and saved ourselves [$] installation fee. It took about an hour to install. We run this about everyday, mostly at night or when we leave in the morning because the cycle is long.

Actually alot quieter than I thought it would be for the money! Excellent construction, very easy to use........takes a bit of getting used to the utensil bins on the door, but does make sense and gives you more room inside the dishwasher itself. Overall a great product for the money!

No better than my 18 yr old portable was...but it was great. So far Im disappointed in the cleaning completeness of silverware. I use the door location and it must lose effectiveness in that position. Otherwise,it is a a Keeper.

Cons:	Soap dispenser problems

Overall I am satisfied with the product. It came with a sample of solid block dish soap. When placed in the despenser tray these fall into the flatware tray where they stay. They never get dissolved so no soap goes into the dish washing water. It took me a couple of times to figure out the problem. Now I place the block of soap on the floor of the dishwasher not in the dispenser tray. That works fine. Powder soap would work fine but block soap does not. Makes me wonder what they were thinking when then provided block soap in the same products that came with the dishwasher.
