This unite was purchased so my Mom wouldn't have to go to the basement anymore to do the laundry and it is great! She loves it and the tubs are really a nice size.

Nice combo washer/dryer. Am used to a gas dryer so the electric dryer timing (ability to get ALL clothes dry from one washer load) is taking some getting used to, but overall very nice.

Sweet and Simple

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

It runs so quietly which is awesome. It's a compact unit so you can't expect to fit large loads. Easy to use with minimal buttons and nobs. One thing I don't like is that it won't fill with water while the lid is open on the washing machine. I like to put the detergent in first and run some water then fill with clothes to makes sure the detergent doesn't leave marks on the clothes. But I have to have the lid closed for the water to run.

Dryer takes too long- never again

BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used it everyday for a family of four. The dryer took way too long and I had to run it several times. And it is so tall. The washer was just okay. Nothing special. And it beeps 20 mins before it's done but not when it is done.

My wife likes in a lot. We had conventional washer and dryer before (whirlpool) but she says this unit does a better job and fits our space.

BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced an aging Kenmore unit with this one in exactly the same location with same vent. Drying times are sometimes over an hour with a load of towels. [...] Only four months old and lid switch had to be replaced. Last Frigidaire product I buy.

Good machine, bad instructions

I bought it for a rental property, and the tenants have no complaints. However, I didn't get enough installation instructions, ending up with the wrong electrical hookup, and the instructions that came with the product were sketchy and difficult to use.
