I have read reviews that the door is plactic and had to be replaced serval times, seems like you should not use plactic in washering machines,Maytag is a nown brand and I cn't understand them by using plactic in a door that is always used.
Great for the size!

I have a very small space for a washer and dryer, so I was extremely happy to find out Maytag made one in this size. It works so much better than the other one I had with a top load washer. It seems to fit more items as well, since there isn't the agitator in the middle--like the top load models. All of my clothes come out really clean! Definitely worth the price!

It's a bit pricey but due to the space limitations it is the best product out there.
