All too often, earphones must sacrifice comfort for the sake of sound quality and vice versa. Bang & Olufsen has struck the perfect balance with earphones that embody both - designed to fit the individual ear and deliver unsurpassed sound quality.

With conventional earphones much of the sound never makes it into the ear. To stop this kind of leakage, B&O has developed earphones that can be adjusted to fit the contours and curves of the individual ear. The speaker unit itself can be moved up or down or side to side until the most comfortable and effective position is found. This ensures that they sit comfortably and firmly regardless of whether you’re jogging or just relaxing.

Perfect Materials
The earphones are crafted from anodised aluminium and hard rubber giving them both flexibility and robust durability. They come with their own specially designed leather carrying case that also includes a two metre extension cord for use with stationary equipment.
Proper Fit
Just like fitting a pair of spectacles, the earphones are placed over the ears and adjusted to suit the wearer. The speaker unit itself can be moved up or down or side to side until the most comfortable and effective position is found. This ensures that they sit comfortably and firmly regardless of whether you’re jogging or just relaxing.

Fantastic headphones

I absolutely love these headphones. This is my second pair of headphones from B&O and the old ones lasted me over 4 years and the only reason I got a new pair is because I wanted one :-). They fit perfectly around the ear. I sweat a lot and they don't fall out and the sound is fantastic. They are light weight and they adjust to the ear. They are worth every $ I spent on them.

Love these

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I use these with my Samsung Galaxy SII. I love the build and ease of use. I have small ears and the regular earbud headphones almost always cause me discomfort after prolonged use. These headphones are awesome. Though the only downside I can think of is that they are quite expensive. I hope they last - I have only used these for about 3 months now.

did not meet my expectations

BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While I loved the style and comfort, I could not understand why such pricy headphones had such poor bass range. I compared them with a cheap pair of VModas and played the second movement of Berlioz' Symphonie Fantastique. I could practically not hear the double basses while the VModa's rendering was full and deep. No audiophile could accept this shortcoming.

Meets B&O Expectations

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely love the quality. Its clarity is phenomenal, it truly is. It fits on my ear and I never worry about it falling off. It's a pricey product, but you are getting the Bang & Olufsen quality for it. If you are looking for headphones/earphones, understand that this brand comes with a price. Simply put, expect to pay a price. It comes with a beautiful leather case, which really makes me confident that this will last a long time. I'm still in awe of how high quality these earphones are. I did not give this product 5 stars because of one thing: I cannot get the earphones to fit snug into my ear. This diminishes the volume. The max volume is plenty loud, but I like keeping my iPod on a low volume so the whole world doesn't hear what I'm listening to. Otherwise, I might as well carry loudspeakers.

love the color

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

This is the third pair I have owned and I keep coming back for more. I use them every day for at least an hour (listening to my IPod while running) and both older pairs have died because they got wet in the rain. While I wish they didn't fail by getting damp, the sound and ease of use (comfort) overcomes this slight worry about their robustness. The new colors are great and the choice provides that little extra. Hopefully this new pair will last longer than the approximately three years of heavy use of the last couple, but even then, if you work out $$$ per hour, they are a pretty good deal!

Truly Awesome sound quality

I use the headphones for all of the obvious reasons and I have found that when i'm in a clinic riding and the clinician is using a mic'd system the B&O headphones are perfect, they stay in place, the sound quality is better and there is no discomfort on the ears. So, I can focus on riding and following instructions!
