BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

This is my first convection oven, and I can tell the difference. Vegetables, chicken, meats all roast faster and more evenly. Even though the 27" stove is smaller than the others, it's still big enough to accomodate a sizeable turkey or two large casserole pans.

nice oven once you get it setup properly

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Great oven, works well after you get the settings geared to your cooking habit's. At first the oven keep shutting down on its own.We reset the 12 hour runaway oven setting to continue use.

Best Uses:	Broiling, Baking, Meats, Large Kitchens
Cons:	Complicated Controls
Pros:	Heats Up Quickly, Precise Controls

Great oven!!

Love the oven. The stainless is georgeous. It heats well and cooks so very even with the fan. 3 trays of cookies at a time! The window has water droplets between the panes of glass. Will have a service call (free) to take care of this...
