I love my new processor. I had been using a mini processor and had to keep emptying the bowl and refilling etc. But this baby can handle the big stuff. I say yippee and whoopee!

My 15 yr old Hamilton Beach food processor was 'chain' driven; sounded like playing card slapping the spokes of a bicycle. What a joy this new KitchenAid food processor is to use. Versatile, powerful FAST and QUIET. I still have to be careful not to over-process. Although it says diswasher safe - I still prefer to wash the bowls and blades in the sink. I love to cook and now even moreso thanks to this fantastic KitchenAir food processor.

It is so easy to use after my 30 yr old Cuisinart. Does a fabulous job of pureeing. It's a little heavy to move around but that's an acceptable trade off for the outstanding performance.

Actually she loved the gift, JUST NOT AT CHRISTMAS! I guess it's a 'girl' thing but it's a really nice, top of the line processor, at a great price. I just got beaten up because its not a "Christmas Gift"!!! So she says!!! So I say "when is a good time to give you a processor you asked for"? And Wifey says "364 days a year will do, JUST NOT AT CHRISTMAS".You be the judge....

Powerful, quiet. Started to buy the Kitchenaid wide-mouth processor, but honestly it just came with too many attachments. (I returned it [...]I just wanted the processor without a counter full of more things to find a home for, and this is great. It still comes with several slicing discs and the mini bowl is perfect for little batches.

While I haven't used this a ton since I've gotten it, the times I have I've been really impressed. It made quick work of some heavy stuff and made a fraction of the noise of my old 3 cup unit. So far, I love this machine. I got it because it was rated so highly by Consumer Reports, and I agree with their assessment.
