It's an ok, low priced dishwasher. I much preferred my Kitchenaid (lasted 12 years!) for loading as I could stack items. Racks are non-adjustable. Upper rack is especially difficult to load efficiently, especially with glasses, cups,bowls,and containers.
I find that since loading is not as efficient I end up running the unit more frequently than the older unit.
