Unfortunately, the scissors come apart everytime you open them fully in your hand. I like my Wusthof knives but not a fan of these scissors. They're sharp but there should be some kind of stopper so they don't come apart while in use.

Best kitchen shears I have ever used. Easy to clean cause you can take it apart at the hindge.

I've used other shears and these just feel solid. Really confortable grip and it's sharp!

Stays sharp, cuts through chicken bones, comes apart for cleaning. The only con is that when apart, the hub in the middle get caught on the cleaning cloth (Big Deal, not!)

So far I like these shears. I mostly use them for cutting open boxes, plastic packaging, cardboard, etc. Great "general purpose" type shears.
