Panamax has a good reputation among owners and retailers of high end audio equipment. They replaced a unit for me that blew out (but did protect the equipment) during a power surge, without any questions.

Service and delivery comments:

Customer service was very helpful. Delivery was prompt and free. Also they actually price-matched a competitor without any run around at all unlike so many price match guarantees which have so many conditions that they are worthless.
