- In traditional heating elements, water falls randomly onto a coil, which warms it inefficiently and creates a hazzard. By passing it through a heating chamber instead, Bosch allows the water to reach temperatures of up to 161°F safely and quickly. - Simply put, the Bosch TALLTUB provides you with an extremely efficient use of space. For instance, the top rack can be adjusted to allow for up to 8" or 10" of clearance, which allows for 12" or 14" clearance in the bottom rack. Your tall (10") stemware can now stand safely in the top rack – you no longer have to lay them flat. All the while, you have more interior room for other items. The Bosch TALLTUB is spacious enough to fit dinner plates in both the top and bottom racks at the same time. And, if you remove the top rack, you will be left with an incredible 22" of useable space for large pots, pans and serving trays.
