Generally the product does what it is supposed to and is fairly straight forward to change. Filter may drip a few drops on the floor when changing but not really a big deal. It is a good idea to check that the filter is firmly seated (give it a good push to seat it) or the dispenser does not operate. Filter lasts for a reasonable period of time before it requires replacement.

Run water into container til clear It will spurt and spatter a bit, valve may stick on for a bit be prepared to push it shut manually. Best to put a towel on floor before first use and running til water is clear
