Great kettle. Boils very quickly, comfortable handle, looks great on the counter. Use it for coffee in the french press and also for an occasional cup of tea. Wish it were dishwasher safe, but not hard to clean. It sure beats the stove top kettle!

I use it everyday. Really love that it's glass instead of plastic --and you can see the water boil!

I received this as a Christmas gift 3 months ago. The plastic bubble over the power indicator fell off down the drain when I emptied the previous days H2O. Three days later it completely dies. Customer Service is willing to replace item only if I mail it back to them. Guess how much that was going to cost me? Over $33 and I live relatively close. This may be good for the casual tea drinker but is a terrible product for the heavy tea drinker. I find I'm better off putting H2O in a glass measuring cup in the microwave. Also....if you have hard water there is a buildup which tends to flake off into your drink. Lovely.

I used this for the first time at my cousin's house. I couldn't wait to get one for myself and ditch the old fashioned teakettle on the stove. Love it. It boils water so quickly, and I love that you can see the water boiling (and know how much water is in the kettle.) I bought an extra one for a friend too - he loves it as well.

Every day usage several times a day. Especially like the portability from the electrical plate for usage.

Any hot water kettle does the job...but this one is the most attractive ever! Its beautiful to watch when boiling...but also attractive on the kitchen counter when not in use. Beautiful design!

It's a lot faster to get boiling water using a kettle than it is using the stove.
