Service and delivery comments:

Product arrived in 3 days. The only problem was that the screws to install were not in the box. However, after calling Customer Service, they made an adjustment of 10% on the bill, which more than covered the screws that I needed to buy for the backguard installation on the new range. The customer service rep was very helpful and seemed concerned that the product was incomplete.

We bought a new house with the oven built in. There was a gap about 2 inches between our stove and the back wall. Looked online and found this as an accessory at the GE website. ABT had the cheapest one I could find online so we got it. It looks great and fits perfectly (also note that ours is a gas oven, by reading the item description, you might think it only works on electric ovens but it does work on gas too). I was disappointed at the price. It was close to [$] and it seems like it is about a $20 part, but it does solve that problem of having a gap between the wall and the oven.

I wanted to smack my developer silly for not extending the backsplash behind the stove. It looked so incomplete and unfinished. Then I stumbled across this jem. If you have that gap beind your stove this is the perfect affordable solution. Also it is extremely easy to install. You just need a scred driver and 5 minutes of your time.
