Pan popped out of clips

Having used breadmakers for years, my first whole grain attempt (using their recipe) caused the pan to continually pop out of the clips. I tried bending the clips as people have suggested, but to no avail. The machine stayed locked in for a while, but then popped out again. Maybe my machine was just a lemon. You could clearly see that the clips did not line up with the sides of the pan where they should clamp down.

It is excellent.

Makes good bread - we have made 2 - first crust was a little dark but the light crust setting worked bette. Still playing with it but gets the job done

It works better than my last one and the loaves are a convenient size that slice easy and fit in a toaster. It takes up more counterspace than my old one but that is OK. The display is a bit hard to read but I'm managing.

It works well to knead and mix but baking in the machine is not advisable. The crust is odd and the loaf size is not useful.

I usually use the bread maker on the dough setting and bake it in the oven because you can control the color. Also make rolls often.

I wow my friends with my homemade butter rolls. They think I spend hours in the kitchen making them but I simply make the dough in the breadmaker and take it out and shape them. Let them rise again and bake!!! Sssshhhhhh!!!! Don't give away my secret.

I read a couple of poor reviews of this breadmaker on another site, including the convection being too loud. The convection is very quite (sp?). Must be at least our 5th breadmaker and appears to be the best. Some good recipes in the accompanying booklet.

From the very first loaf, this has been the most phenomenal appliance I have ever purchased. The clear and step by step instructions and recipes are the best I've seen and the appliance works exactly as advertised. Simple and straight forward. Cleanup is a breeze - 2 minutes. The bread tastes like heaven and is perfect every time without fail. I can't recommend it enough.

I am TERRIBLE at baking and this thing makes me look like a pro! I made a pumpkin cranberry walnut loaf for my family over the holidays and they loved it, as did I.
