Measure twice

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install. Must be accurate if drilling into brick since using large bit. After it is up it is close to impossible to set the screws in the back. Luckily I do not have to worry since I need it on full tilt but could not imagine trying to access the back of the TV. Have all cables installed before hanging and must have 2 to 3 people set TV if larger TV.

basic wall mount

this item is somewhat easy to put on the wall. other models that have the option to pull further from the wall may be easier when needing to hook up cables, but how often would you need to do that? go with this mount and put the extra money into speakers

Couldn't have been easier

Couldn't ask for a simpler more sturdy mount. I mounted a 32" LCD with one and a 50" plasma. I was so nervous on the first install that once i had secured the bracket to the wall I confirmed its strength by hanging on it. This thing didn't move at all with 185 lb man on it! The tilting feature is a nice touch, and the design is such that the TV doesn't stick that far off the wall.

Great 50" Plasma Wall Mount!!

It worked as advertised. The installation was easy and I was able to install and mount the TV completely without assistance. I made one error in terms of lining it up on the wall, but I was able to simply adjust the unit to center perfectly. It comes with the hardware to mount in any location imaginable. The plasma looks GREAT on the wall.

I am very satisfied with the price and the product, so far. My only issue, is that it is very difficult to add components to many TV's with wiring in the rear, when they are mounted to the bracket. The bracket is so close to the wall and does not have much flexibility to move it away from the wall.

Ordered this along with a sharp 32". Got this in my bedroom on the wall right at the foot of my bed. I used to have an old tube tv on a stand that stuck out and always bumped into it. What a difference! Looks nice against the wall and saves a lot of room.

Decent mount for price.

This mount is not bad given its low price. It is a universal mount but we have some trouble attaching it to a Sony KDL403000V LCD. The mount comes with a tone of hardware to fit different TV styles. Installation of straight forward and can accomodate different wall joist distances with a holes available along the entire lenght of the mount to place anchor bolts through.
