FREEZER COMPARTMENT NOT UP TO SNUFF

The freezer does not keep items cold enough. I use for snacks for the kids such as ice cream sandwiches and they are only slightly firm yet the top shelf of the fridge freezes water bottles etc???

Nice compact refrigerator

I use the GMR04BK to store beer and white wine bottles on the side. There is a rack that stores about 12 cans of beer or soda on the door. Keeps them cool just fine at the lowest setting. Very quiet. There are three shelves and a storage compartment at the bottom. The bottom compartment is a bit difficult to use due to the non-movable (maybe) bar, but it can also be used to store additional beer, wine, and soda. I could not find out if it was EnergyStar; probably not.

We use the refrigerator in a small office section of a larger company and it suits our needs perfectly. Our department often stays later and works weekends, so we can avoid having to make trips to the company kitchen. It is just perfect.

We are a small law office with a small kitchen but still needed a refrigerator. This GE is perfect -- it's really nice looking, has lots of room for drinks and lunches as well as ice cubes. I had to buy 2 extra ice cube trays since that is mainly what we use the freezer section for. Shelves on door are very useable. It has all the amenities of a large frig but fits into a small space!

The ONLY complaint I have is that the shelves are slitted, which makes standing water or other beverage bottles very difficult. Love everything else about it... it's big, but not too big, for our small office, and keeps everything nice and cold. The small freezer is great for storing a few frozen dinner entrees too!
