Running in the slow lane

Cons:	Annoying 2-4 second delay
Pros:	Attractive Design, Great Picture, Simple Controls
Best Uses:	Home

TV looks good, provides good picture, but has an annoying feature which gives a 2-4 delay in channel transition. You flip the remote, then you wait and wait for the picture from the new channel to appear. Have never had this delay, especially on such an expensive tv.

Pros:	Simple Controls, Attractive Design, Fast Setup, Great Picture

I've had no previous experience with Sharp Electronics. I'm very happy with the purchase. I love the fact that the casing is black. This blends in well with my wall unit. The only drawbacks to date are that it was a bit tricy to set this up with the comcast hi def box. And the comcast hi def box is very bulky. The second surprise was that the casing of the television set itself is hard plastic. I had hoped that it would be metal as I thought it would be sturdier and perhaps longer lived. Other than that,, the product has more than met expectations.
