Frigidaire / Electrolux Icemaker Kit - IM115

This is the complete icemaker kit for most Frigidaire and Electrolux made top mount refrigerators produced since 2003 with the condenser coil on the back of the refrigerator. It gets most frost-free static condenser models 14.5 thru 18.6 cu. ft. and 20.6 cu. ft. (coil up back of refrigerator) produced since 1981.

The kit includes installation instructions, ice maker, water valve, angled fill tube, wiring harness and bucket.

Weight- 5 lbs.

Great price, easy to install!

I was tired of filling ice trays and spilling water on the floor. Summer is quickly approaching in Arizona and the demand for ice was inceasing daily. I couldn't believe the price that ABT quoted for the ice maker and placed my order immediately. This was so easy to install and my wife is very happy with her new ice maker!

Close but not what was advertised

The installation was fairly simple. The water line attachment from the valve manifold to the ice maker water line was not the same as that shown in the drawing. The green water line does not have a threaded connection. All you have to do is make a straight line cut on the green feed line, removing the female thread connection, and insert the water line in to the outlet side of the manifold. The internal gasket on the manifold will seal the connection (push-pull type). I had to call customer service to make sure that this was the correct "back-up" plan. The ice maker kit took 20 minutes to install. The waterline from the sink to the manifold was time consuming

I ordered a water valve from another company. The valve was bad when it came.

Then I ordered the entire Ice Maker Kit from Abt for a few dollars more. I recommend not even messing with parts if you have an ice maker issue. Just order the entire kit from Abt.
