BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

good product; seems like a much more expensive model; it's a single temperature for the entire fridge, but it "zones" itself within that temperature with 3 ranges of about 5-7 degrees; no internal thermometer and guage for temp is on back, which is zoned min, med max so it can be confusing as the dial doesn't point to the specific words, but the area where the words are to get the right temperature. Set it once correctly though and you are done.

Pros:	Attractive Design, Quiet, Energy Efficient
Cons:	No internal thermometer, Placement of temp wheel
Best Uses:	Pantry, Wet bar, Restaurant, Basement

I love the way it keeps my great wines cool at vaious temperatures. I should have gotten one long time ago.

Priced right [...] Unit is intended as a retrofit / made to replace and fit perfectly into the space where many kitchens have a useless, ugly trash compactor. It actually fits the space fine, cools wine quite well, is quiet and looks great there also! Two areas for improvement: 1. The temperature control switch is mounted on the rear / back of the unit when it should be on the inside - go figure. However, since the initial setting I haven't had to adjust it yet. 2. Interior lighting & switch should be updated and improved. Other than that, it works fine for me - Cheers!
