The product delivers exactly what was advertised, exceeding expectation with superb HD picture quality (using off-air antenna, 30 miles from sources). The picture colors and depth benefits from a truly deep black, a typical measure of quality CRTs. As with most CRTs, weight can be an issue. However, Toshiba cleverly fashioned hand 'hold insets' near the top for controlled lift-carry. And the rear of the projector case is fashioned reasonably attractively for table tops, although we installed it in an existing TV cabinet, for which the size is a perfect match.Manual is written clearly and easy to follow, as well as ease of look-up for reference. This is our first digital TV and the first TV with component, S-video, etc. connectivity. We have yet to experience 16:9 video recording or replays with a recently acquired video recorder. Hopefully we can comprehend and implement both efffectively. And, considering the price of comparably sized, quality LCDs, this is most cost effective, with an expected long service life. Finally, [...] sales and customer service were the best we've experienced for internet shopping. The first TV was damaged in shipping and the [...] team was tireless in working with us to retain our business and ensure a satisifed client. We are recommending both Toshiba and [...] to everyone!
