The first one we received was damaged due to a manufacturer defect. It was prompty replaced (during a snow storm to say the least)The new runs like a dream. Its large capacity makes heating up in big dishes a breeze. It pops popcorn to the second. It reheats left overs evenly and frozen food perfectly.
